End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the provider of Sortwise Cleaner ("Sortwise Cleaner", "we", "our", or "us") governing your licensed use of the Sortwise Cleaner mobile application (the "Licensed Application").

By downloading, installing, purchasing access to, or using Sortwise Cleaner, you agree to this EULA.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use Sortwise Cleaner on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the applicable App Store Usage Rules.

Sortwise Cleaner is licensed to you, not sold.

2. Scope of License

You may use Sortwise Cleaner solely for personal and lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Copy or distribute the App except as permitted by applicable law or App Store rules
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where such restrictions are prohibited by law
• Attempt to circumvent subscriptions, licensing mechanisms, or technical protections
• Modify the App or create derivative works based on it except where legally permitted

3. Device Content

Sortwise Cleaner may request permission to access information stored on your device, including your photo library and contacts, in order to provide its functionality.

You retain ownership of your photos, videos, contacts, and other personal content.

You are responsible for determining whether content should be deleted, modified, organized, or retained.

4. Cleaning and Deletion Features

Sortwise Cleaner may assist you in identifying items that could potentially be removed or organized.

Any final deletion or modification decision remains yours.

We recommend reviewing selected items carefully and maintaining backups of important information.

We cannot guarantee recovery of content after it has been permanently deleted.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain features may require an active auto-renewable subscription purchased through the App Store.

Subscription options may include:

• 3 months — $4.99
• 6 months — $7.99
• 12 months — $12.99

Eligible users of the 12-month subscription may receive a 3-day free trial.

Purchases, renewals, trial eligibility, subscription management, cancellations, and payment processing are handled through Apple's App Store infrastructure.

Apple's rules require auto-renewable subscription apps to clearly disclose subscription title, duration, and price and to make Privacy Policy and Terms of Use accessible.

6. Automatic Renewal

Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until cancelled.

Unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with Apple's subscription-management process, it may automatically renew and your Apple Account may be charged for the next subscription period.

7. Ownership

Sortwise Cleaner, including its software, design, interface, graphics, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This EULA does not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you.

8. Maintenance and Support

We are responsible for providing maintenance and support for Sortwise Cleaner to the extent required by applicable law.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App except where required under Apple's applicable terms.

9. Warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sortwise Cleaner is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not warrant that the App will:

• Be error-free or uninterrupted
• Detect every unnecessary or duplicate item
• Produce identical results on all devices
• Recover deleted content
• Meet every user's individual storage-management needs

Any warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

10. Product Claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we, rather than Apple, are responsible for addressing claims relating to Sortwise Cleaner, including claims concerning product liability or failure to conform to applicable legal requirements.

11. Intellectual Property Claims

If a third party claims that Sortwise Cleaner infringes intellectual property rights, responsibility for investigating and resolving such claims rests with us rather than Apple, to the extent required under the applicable App Store terms.

12. Legal Compliance

You represent that you will use Sortwise Cleaner in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You may not use the App where such use is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.

Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary where applicable.

14. Termination

This license remains effective until terminated.

Your rights under this EULA may terminate if you materially fail to comply with its terms.

Upon termination, you must discontinue use of Sortwise Cleaner.

Termination of this license does not itself cancel an App Store subscription. Subscription cancellation must be performed through Apple's subscription-management system.

15. Privacy

Use of Sortwise Cleaner is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains the App's handling of device permissions and information.

16. Governing Terms

Your use of Sortwise Cleaner is also subject to applicable App Store terms and Apple's usage rules.

Where this EULA conflicts with mandatory App Store requirements or applicable consumer law, those requirements will control to the extent required.
