These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Sortwise Cleaner mobile application ("Sortwise Cleaner", the "App", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, purchasing a subscription to, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Sortwise Cleaner provides tools intended to help users review, organize, and manage content available on their devices.

Features may include photo and video management, contact-management tools, storage-related utilities, and other device-organization functionality.

The availability of individual features may depend on:

• Your device
• iOS version
• Permissions granted to the App
• Your subscription status
• Technical limitations imposed by iOS

2. Device Permissions

Some Sortwise Cleaner features require access to system resources, including your Photo Library or Contacts.

The App will request relevant permission through Apple's standard iOS permission mechanisms.

You are free to deny or revoke these permissions.

If a required permission is unavailable, the related feature may not function.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing content before confirming cleanup, deletion, organization, or other device-management operations.

You should verify that you no longer need an item before deleting it.

Where appropriate, we recommend maintaining backups of important photos, videos, contacts, and other device information.

Sortwise Cleaner is a management tool and does not guarantee that deleted information can be recovered.

4. Subscriptions

Sortwise Cleaner offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store.

Available subscription options may include:

• 3-month subscription — $4.99
• 6-month subscription — $7.99
• 12-month subscription — $12.99

The final price applicable to you is displayed in the App and Apple's purchase confirmation interface before purchase.

Prices may vary by storefront, currency, taxes, or future App Store pricing changes.

Apple supports multiple subscription durations within a subscription group and manages billing and renewal through the App Store.

5. Free Trial

Eligible users who select the 12-month subscription may receive a 3-day free trial.

Availability of the free trial is determined through Apple's App Store subscription system and may depend on eligibility.

If you begin an eligible free trial, you will not be charged for the subscription during the trial period.

Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial, the subscription will automatically convert to the paid 12-month subscription at the price displayed when you subscribed.

Apple supports free trials as introductory offers for auto-renewable subscriptions and determines user eligibility through the App Store.

6. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are auto-renewable.

Unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically renew for another period of the same duration and your Apple Account will be charged according to the applicable subscription price.

Renewal and billing are handled by Apple.

7. Managing or Cancelling a Subscription

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account.

You may view, modify, or cancel your subscription using Apple's subscription-management settings.

Cancelling a subscription normally stops future renewal. Access to paid functionality may remain available until the end of the already-paid subscription period.

Deleting Sortwise Cleaner from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription.

8. Billing and Refunds

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Billing, payment authorization, refund requests, and related payment matters are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

We do not directly process your complete payment card information.

9. Subscription Changes

We may change available subscription options or pricing in the future where permitted.

Any applicable pricing shown in the App Store purchase interface at the time of subscription controls your purchase.

Apple may provide notices or request consent for qualifying subscription price increases in accordance with App Store rules.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its operation
• Attempt to bypass subscription or purchase mechanisms
• Reverse engineer the App except where expressly permitted by applicable law
• Use the App in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to functionality or systems

11. Availability

We may update, modify, improve, or discontinue individual features of Sortwise Cleaner.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or function identically across all supported devices and iOS versions.

12. Disclaimer

Sortwise Cleaner is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Although we aim to provide reliable cleaning and organization tools, we cannot guarantee that:

• Every duplicate, similar, or unnecessary item will be identified
• Every suggested cleanup action will be appropriate for every user
• Deleted content will always be recoverable
• The App will always operate without interruption or errors

You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming actions affecting your device content.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Privacy

Your use of Sortwise Cleaner is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how device permissions and information are handled.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the App, subscription offerings, or applicable requirements change.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
